We are proud of the high quality of our products and the customer service we offer. If you are unhappy with your purchase or wish to request a refund for any defective item(s), please ensure you have familiarized yourself with our online Return Policy, Refund Policy, and the Returns Process provided below.

Returns policy

We are pleased to offer customers store credit, provided in the form of a gift voucher, equivalent to the value of the returned item(s) for change-of-mind purchases. This is applicable up to a maximum of two (2) times per order, given that the returned item(s) were not on sale or subject to discounts at the time of purchase. The return must meet the following conditions:

  • It is received within 21 calendar days of the order delivery date.
  • The item(s) are in the original purchase condition, which includes being unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • All tags, stickers, and protective packaging are attached and intact.
  • The product is in its original, undamaged packaging, such as the sunglass bag and box.
  • A copy of the original purchase receipt, detailing the order number, customer name, address, and date of order, is included.

Please be aware that if your return does not meet these criteria, we cannot issue store credit. In such cases, the product will be returned to you at your expense, and payment for return shipping must be made before the item leaves our warehouse.

Make your purchases carefully, as we do not offer refunds or cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is deemed faulty. Items bought on sale or at a discount will not be accepted for return unless deemed faulty.

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer free returns and cannot facilitate product exchanges at this time. You can find more details about our Returns Process below.

Refund policy

Every product undergoes thorough individual quality checks before leaving our warehouse. We take great care to ship them in protective packaging and entrust their delivery to reliable shipping providers. In the rare event that a product is identified as faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we are more than willing to issue a refund for the entire purchase amount. Alternatively, where feasible, we can offer a replacement product in accordance with our 24 Months Manufacturer’s Warranty.

Faulty products are those with material or manufacturing flaws that:

  1. Would have deterred your purchase had you been aware of the fault (considered a flaw in the manufacturing process).
  2. Pose safety concerns or create an unsafe situation, such as broken or sharp parts that could cause physical harm.
  3. Exhibit significant differences from the images or descriptions provided.

Refunds will not be granted for the following reasons:

  1. Change of mind.
  2. Product not fitting as expected.
  3. Accidental ordering of the wrong product.
  4. Disliking the product upon receipt.
  5. Having no use for the product.

In the event that the returned item(s) are confirmed as faulty, we will also reimburse you for the shipping cost incurred to return the product for review. To ensure inclusion of this cost in your refund, please enclose an official copy of the return shipping receipt in the return package. Unfortunately, if this document is not provided during the return, we won’t be able to process the return shipping cost as part of your refund.

Refunds are limited to the original payment method or credit card used for the initial purchase. If an item is returned and not deemed faulty by our team, you will not receive a refund, and any costs associated with returning the product(s) for review will not be reimbursed.

Return for change-of-mind

If you wish to initiate a return due to a change of mind, please make sure to review and comprehend our Returns Policy provided above. Subsequently, send an email to our Customer Service Team at info@analogica-sunglasses.com, outlining the reasons for your return and specifying whether you prefer to receive store credit (in the form of a gift card) or an alternative product. It’s essential to note that the cost and responsibility for returning the merchandise in satisfactory condition lie with you. Kindly refrain from returning the product without prior communication with our Customer Service Team.
